About

Dr. Cynthia Manguba, PsyD

Founder & Licensed Clinical Psychologist · she/her

Dr. Cynthia Manguba is a Filipina-American clinical psychologist who has spent more than fifteen years helping people find their way back to themselves. She works from a simple belief: healing happens inside a relationship where you feel genuinely seen.

Her approach is unhurried and deeply personal. Rather than applying one method to every person, she draws on psychodynamic, attachment, and client-centered work to build something that fits you, the way you think, the way you love, the way you've learned to protect yourself.

She holds a special place for questions of culture and identity, and has particular experience with Filipino, Filipina-American, and Asian-American clients, entertainment-industry professionals, and people carrying the weight of a medical diagnosis alongside everything else.
